Hoffmann Architects is seeking a site representative for a roof replacement project for State University Construction Fund in Old Westbury, New York. Construction is estimated to begin in 2018 and expected to last for approximately 18 months till April 2020. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction administration and be familiar with TPO roofing systems as well as metal deck and concrete construction.
Generally, the On-Site Project Representative’s services will conform to the AIA B207-2008 (formerly B352-2000) including attending job-site meetings, monitoring the contractor’s construction schedule, observing systems and equipment testing, preparing a log of activities at the site, and maintaining on-site records.
